Beth is the founder of Lumi Health and a clinical pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience specialising in cardiovascular and midlife health. Her career spans NHS primary and secondary care, cardiology, prescribing, research, and higher education, giving her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the health challenges faced by adults over 40.

Louise is a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience across the NHS and private practice, specialising in midlife health, metabolic conditions, digestive issues and sustainable nutrition.

Lisa is an experienced yoga, breathwork and specialist massage practitioner with a strong focus on supporting people through the physical, emotional and hormonal transitions of midlife. With comprehensive training in movement, mindfulness and therapeutic bodywork, she helps clients build strength, improve mobility and develop a more regulated, resilient nervous system during times of significant change.

Ifti Akbar is a serial entrepreneur, investor and co-founder of Lumi. With a non-clinical background, he has spent his career building, scaling and exiting businesses across professional services, technology and financial services.

COMMUNITY & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Nicole is Lumi’s Community and Partnerships Manager, working at the heart of how Lumi connects with people, patients and the wider midlife community. As a specialised PT in Brighton and Hove, she supported individuals through the physical changes of midlife, helping them improve strength, mobility and muscle density to protect long-term health and independence. Her own experiences in midlife have shaped a strong personal passion for helping people understand the link between hormonal health, physical capability and overall wellbeing.

MARKETING STRATEGY

Tom leads Lumi’s Outbound Marketing, bringing extensive experience in strategic digital marketing, brand growth and audience engagement. As CEO of a long-established digital agency, Tom has helped brands across travel, health & wellness, lifestyle and e-commerce sectors grow through data-driven campaigns, creative storytelling and community-focused engagement.
